Cord Cutting is becoming a hot topic in the healing realms, along with shadow work/healing. I believe these two entities or versions of healing are in fact, intertwined. Effective shadow healing would entail cosmic cord cutting. I'd like to define cosmic cords from my personal experience with this topic. Cords are lines connecting one thing to another. Cosmic cords are energetic connections to others, that hold on more than the normal connections we have outgrown. A Cosmic cord does not cut from a normal "release" ceremony, intention, or a ritual with the moon.
