Intention: To have truly met the darkness within yourself, and now integrate this with your light energy-- ascend.

    As we shift from the darkness, and into the light, cosmically, let us pause in this present moment, this present darkness, and tune into our inner, guiding light. What kind of light radiates within you? Take a moment and tune in. The self exploration destined in this lifetime is congruent to the unique way the experience is taken, and how it holds space within our memories, our spirits. The depth of having met oneself sets the opportunity for success in meeting the cosmic connection within the darkness of the universe.

    2020 exposed wounds within us all, that were crying out to be tended to, as we look back in reflection. The stillness, the time with oneself provided this opportunity to explore within deeper and thoroughly. Things that have come up within this stillness, this deafening silence, were some of the very tools of assault used, and continue to trigger us into that tight eyed frightened child in the corner of our shadow realm. Time is not linear, remember this truth when tuning into the infinite wavelengths. Sitting so still, routines shifted so far out of whack, and even more scary for some, threatening the very basis of our chakra system, we have fallen into what seems like an infinite loop called life. And if you are anything like myself, this process can be an Alice in Wonderland rabbit hole for your spirit, the temptation to pick apart the repeating scenes. However, that is not the point of stepping into the stillness and silence. Meditation provides a clear opportunity and boundary for flowing through these types of experiences. Observe but do not hold on to the thoughts as they come up. When their time to shift and transition occurs, you have an opportunity to take in what came up for you here, and use this download for your continued highest good. “Timeline” is a juxtaposed fabrication of the truth- time is not linear, connecting your dots is pointless- let source provide you with the blueprints.

    The beauty of exploring the depths of oneself, you have a “saved checkpoint” for the gamers reading this. Where once was “too far”, you now flow pass with ease and even notice something, almost a clue from the previous experience. This is the point of life, the encompassment of the trial and error of life. Remembering to honor and embody your darkness, knowing yourself to the depths of your spirit is crucial and necessary. Take the steps, daily, in every moment-- even if they are baby steps. You are worthy.

What is “shadow work”/What is “shadow” healing? The "shadow" self of ego was founded by psychologist Carl Jung and entails the aspects of our personality that aren't "easily digestible" in polite company. As we continue to closet these aspects, the darker our shadow self becomes when not embraced, turning us to cognitive dissonance- the mental discomfort from opposing views with a disconnection between who we think we are, and who we actually are. We begin to use projection, rationalization, and social masks to hide the depression and darkness within our souls. With healing work surrounding our shadow self, finally choosing to turn on our radiant moonlight within, we are given the opportunity of profound joy experiencing our true nature used for personal development. This growth is shown in creativity, intuition, problem solving, resilience, self esteem and greater physical health.
