Shadow Healing Guided Journey by Intuitive Ti Reflections [June 2020]

 First and foremost, I would like to thank you for trusting me for an exchange for this unique exploration within.


I wanted to share some gems I took from exchanges and experiences during our divine and sacred time together.
 

Life: Radiating Light To Some Shadows
  • My fears/especially from my darkness/shadows inhibit me from experiencing the gift of the present.
  • Truly the moments I was overthinking/second guessing, are lost opportunities
  • Home yourself during the clarifying journeys your healing takes you on
  • As I walk thru my shadows, I fear no evil as they are derivatives of my light
Centering Myself
  • I must be selfish in the moments prior to drifting from my divine alignment
  • Remain connected with Mother Earth, she will provide the ultimate support
  • When doing the work, whether light or heavy, remember the protection of your ancestors and guides
  • I am forever capable of returning to balance when thrown off my alignment course
  • Release the vice grip on your past and truly soar to your dreams

Cultivate Self-Compassion
  • With all this heat illuminating your shadows, cooling and nurturing your fire center is a must
  • Remain steadfast in how you handle yourself, reflect often on your inner cosmos and listen to their needs
  • With all the clearing being done with my healing, I get to choose how I replenish these spaces
  • Become the strongest believer in your worth, power excellence and joy
  • Flowing constantly in humility
Cultivate Self-Awareness
  • How good does it really feel to have blocked chakras?
  • Get comfortable with being uncomfortable and find the avatar within 
  • Check in often within your mind, body and spirit
  • Use movement to flow, breath as the source
  • My discomfort is a reminder to tune in and move closer toward alignment
Be Courageously Honest
  • Speak your truth in constant honor of your truth and highest self and pure intentions.
  • The words that erupt thru breaks and cracks/tearful delivery are closest to your truth's source
  • Your tone and the way you say something matters
  • Distance reiki for conversations/experiences that you need divine support
  • I am capable of discerning and speaking on what is and what is not for me, unapologetically.
  • The Lotus of our essence blooms from the darkest mud of our spirit.

These, looking in retrospect, are divine interpretations from spirit. I am thankful for the opportunity to share them in this space.
